Joseph runs Claude as an executive team, not as a single assistant:
1. SkyRun project (main) — the SoT workbook, skills, daily automation. This is the current project.
2. VP Finance Cowork persona — rental projections, deliverable financial models, sensitivity analysis, Net-to-Owner math.
3. VP Demand Generation Cowork persona — property scouting, lead enrichment, SmartLead campaigns, postcard targets. Top-of-funnel ops only after VP Marketing was added 2026-04-29.
4. VP Sales Ops Cowork persona — HubSpot dashboards, KeyData, DexAI, lifecycle/pipeline hygiene. (HubSpot sequences decommissioned 2026-04-22 — VP Sales Ops no longer owns outbound email sequences.)
5. VP of Operations Cowork persona — ops selling sheet, municipality cost breakdowns, BD-to-Ops handoff. Absorbs Mandy/Brooke transcripts.
6. Executive Assistant Cowork persona — inbox organization, Mac file organization, transcript extraction, general EA tasks.
7. VP of Marketing Cowork persona (added 2026-04-29) — owner-facing brand/content/growth, case studies, SEO, attribution, Jasmine commitment watchdog, in-house replacement of paid SPMS services. Briefing: Executive Briefings/06_MARKETING_BRAND_GROWTH.md. Sits alongside VP Demand Gen — different remits, different memory contexts. $0 incremental budget. Authority = drafts/queues to PWA Approval Queue; Joseph approves before send/publish.
Each was seeded with a comprehensive handoff document (the /Executive Briefings/ canon). Context flows between them via (a) executive briefings, (b) /Call Transcripts/index.json, (c) the master workbook.
How to apply: If a task looks like it belongs to one persona but was sent to the main project (or vice versa), say so briefly and suggest which persona would be the cleaner fit — don't silently re-scope. Personas are memory-isolated Cowork conversations; actions taken in one don't reflect in another until Joseph bridges them manually.
