Supporting inference signals (now confirmed by activity check)

1. skyrun.com/grand-county footer has ZERO social media links. Verified by WebFetch. Confirmed sensible decision — there's nothing functional to link to.
2. bestofgrandco.com listing for SkyRun has all social URL fields EMPTY. Verified. Confirmed sensible — same reason.
3. The 5-year gap on the only functional FB page confirms social was abandoned around the time SPMS centralized social (matches the Apr 21 BJ webinar's "system-wide" framing).
4. Best of Grand County award is GC's actual social proof — not their own social handles. Per BJ webinar, that award page is GC's strongest LLM citation signal.

What this tells us strategically (REVISED 2026-04-30)

Joseph was 100% right — GC has zero functioning social media presence today. What appeared to exist (per Google search index) turned out to be:

1. LinkedIn company page for SkyRun Grand County / Winter Park. Doesn't exist. Other franchises have one (Breckenridge, Park City, Aspen confirmed via search). Free to create. High-leverage for owner-acquisition (LinkedIn is where realtors, investors, multi-property owners are professionally active).
2. Footer social links on skyrun.com/grand-county. Currently zero. If GC keeps the FB + IG, they should be linked from the GC subsite footer. Jasmine task.
3. Best of Grand listing social URL fields. Currently empty. Free to fill. Quick win.

Recommended Phase 1 plan ($0) — REVISED 2026-04-30

Step 1 — Decide on the abandoned FB page

- If admin access exists: update the bio (new address, new phone 970-817-8700, new email Joseph.Bowens@SkyRun.com), unify the page name with branding, post a "we're back" pinned post, then maintain at low cadence - If admin is lost: file Meta business page reclaim (free, ~2-week turnaround) — preserves the URL + 15 legacy followers - If too much hassle: abandon entirely; create a fresh FB page under new branding

Step 2 — Decide on the deleted IG handle

- Try to claim the handle now — if Meta released it, it's grabbable for free - If unavailable: use @SkyRunGrandCounty or @SkyRunWinterPark variant (verify availability before committing) - Don't ask HQ permission first — handles get squatted fast; claim, then notify

Step 3 — Create what's missing (HIGHEST PRIORITY)
