What it is
A new Cowork exec persona Joseph stood up 2026-04-29 to bring Jasmine/SPMS marketing services in-house where economically possible — without paying for new tools.

How to apply
- When Joseph's request is brand/voice/content/SEO/case-study/owner-facing-attribution/SPMS-replacement → suggest delegating to VP of Marketing.
- When request is scout/enrich/SmartLead-ops/postcard-print → still VP of Demand Gen.
- Do not run them as a single persona; they have different memory contexts and different remits.
- Update this file when scope expands (e.g., guest marketing comes in, autonomy increases past B-with-approval).
Authority model details
"B with approval from Joseph" = the agent can draft + schedule + queue any action, but the queued item lands in PWA Approval Queue (channel: "Marketing Drafts") and waits for Joseph to tap Open (executes) or Dismiss (kills).
