Why: Spending resources on a market that's about to change hands is waste. If the sale goes through, VT becomes someone else's problem. If it falls through, we can un-park from where things stand (1,000 leads loaded, 10/12 sources filled, S1/S4 enrichment gap still open).
How to apply:
- If a task lands that's VT-related, confirm it's intentional before acting. Default answer: "VT is on hold — do you want to un-park, or did you mean Grand County?"
- Do NOT propose VT work in planning discussions (e.g., "we could close the S1/S4 gap" is off-limits right now).
- Do NOT modify
vt-*skills or the VT workbook. - If the hold lifts, a separate memory rebuild for VT would be warranted — do not try to run GC and VT out of a single memory system.
