Status — HUBSPOT REMOVED FROM OUTREACH (2026-04-22)
Joseph decommissioned all HubSpot-native email sequences from the outreach process on 2026-04-22. HubSpot is still used for CRM (contact management, deal tracking, dashboard 19299902) but NOT for outbound email campaigns.
Sequences paused and deleted
1. "Grand County — Cold Outreach (NURTURE/LOW)" — formerly seq 303630905 — 94 enrollments. Paused + deleted 2026-04-22. 2. "Grand County — Cold Outreach Steps 2-5 (NURTURE/LOW)" — formerly seq 303662164 — 33 active enrollments (down from 63 at peak). Paused + deleted 2026-04-22.Non-Joseph sequences (owned by Adam Fleckles, Alex Soria, Craig Schaefer) were NOT touched — those belong to other HQ / market teams and are outside SkyRun Grand County's scope.
Why decommissioned
- Joseph wanted cold outreach consolidated on a single email platform (SmartLead)
- HubSpot Sequences was duplicative and created reporting confusion (two places to look)
- Sequence templates + HubSpot's unenroll-reclone dance every time commission copy changed was operational drag

- Engagement logging for manual touches (emails, calls, meetings)
What HubSpot NO LONGER does
- Sequence-based cold email
- NURTURE/LOW tier re-enrollment
- Any outbound automation
How to apply
- When asked about outreach status, list only SmartLead + Postcards (+ Direct + Realtor). Do NOT mention HubSpot Sequences.
- If a future task references HS sequences (old memory, legacy skill), treat it as decommissioned and skip.
- Do NOT create new HubSpot sequences unless Joseph explicitly reverses this decommission.
- The approval queue PWA (in progress as of 2026-04-22) should have NO HubSpot Sequences tab — only SmartLead, Postcards, Direct, Realtor.
