feedback persona handoff pattern

memory · feedback_persona_handoff_pattern.md

Joseph's verbatim pattern (across multiple sessions): "I'm adding you to my SkyRun [X persona] Cowork space, here. So I want you to build an extremely comprehensive handoff document I can feed into that conversation that will have her completely up to speed on everything we have worked on here."

He's used this for: VP Demand Generation, Executive Assistant, VP Sales Ops, VP of Operations, VP Finance. The outputs became the /Executive Briefings/ canon.

Why: Joseph treats Claude personas as stakeholders, not tools. Context continuity between personas is the load-bearing design choice — he's explicitly building an executive team, not a single assistant.

How to apply: When Joseph says "build a handoff doc" or "add [persona] to the conversation," default to a long-form structured markdown/docx (10–12 sections minimum) with: (1) what the doc is and where it came from, (2) every key person and their role, (3) full operational picture, (4) property/portfolio context, (5) competitive landscape, (6) strategy in flight, (7) action items, (8) glossary. This is the style personas expect to consume.
