The HubSpot field annualrevenue has been repurposed:
- $1,000 — Bowens Sourced leads (military_status = "Bowens Sourced", 771 contacts)
- $700 — all other sources
NOT the purchase price. Purchase price is preserved in lead_source_notes as a PP:###### token.
Why: Repurposing annualrevenue lets us SUM commission pipeline in HubSpot dashboards grouped by military_status or lifecyclestage. Purchase price is a nice-to-have reporting field; commission pipeline is the business KPI.
How to apply: When writing anything that touches HS contact annualrevenue, treat it as commission. When reading purchase price, parse lead_source_notes for PP:######. Conversion complete 2026-04-08 across 772/772 contacts, 0 failures. Notes tag: Comm:1000 or Comm:700 also appended.
